Through her lens, Angelica invites viewers to delve into the complexities of young people's experience of resistance against the objectification of their bodies, while addressing the normalised challenges prevalent in our society.

Born in Mexico, Angélica Arbulu draws inspiration from her Latin American roots and imbues her work with the rich tradition of embroidery and fabric as tools of advocacy. The artist seamlessly combines photography and textile art to create a powerful narrative.
