Marbella Gallery Weekend 2: The transcendence of collecting

This new edition of the MARBELLA GALLERY WEEKEND is presented under the slogan "The transcendence of collecting", with the aim of highlighting the active and vibrant scene that the galleries of Marbella have been showing in recent years. As well as, to raise the relevance that collecting expresses from its different perspectives. Exploring the motivations, criteria and methodologies that drive a private collector, a public institution, a foundation or a small town to form, develop and promote an art collection. The interesting relationship that develops between the gallery owner, the collector and the artist will be analysed from different perspectives.
