Biography
Concha Ybarra, born in Seville in 1957, is an artist whose career has been noted for her versatility and constant exploration in the field of the visual arts.

A graduate in psychology from the University of Seville, Ybarra has complemented her training with a wide range of workshops and scholarships, including the Taller del Aire with Alberto Donaire, the Taller Corral del Arte with Ricardo Castillo, and the Curso Internacional de Pintura with Antonio López in Jerez de la Frontera, among others.

Her work has been exhibited in numerous solo exhibitions, from "Jardín Oculto" at the Luis Adelantado Gallery in Valencia to "Frágil" at the Carmen Aranguren Gallery in Seville. In addition, she has participated in several group exhibitions in Spain, such as "De Izquierda a Derecha y de Abajo Hacia Arriba" at the Fundación Cámara de Comercio in Seville and "Tiempo de Luz" at the Museo del Patrimonio Municipal in Malaga.

Ybarra's works can be found in prestigious public and private collections, such as the Seville City Council, the Seville Provincial Council, the University of Seville, and the Andalusian Centre of Contemporary Art (CAC) in Malaga, among others.

With a diverse artistic production and a constant commitment to experimentation and innovation, Concha Ybarra has left a significant mark on the contemporary art scene in Andalusia and beyond.
