Insung Lee korean, 1982
In his work, South Korean artist Insung Lee explores the relationship between memory, perception and the passage of time. Through a subtle interplay of colour, form and composition, his paintings evoke spaces that exist somewhere between the familiar and the imagined.
Rather than depicting specific places or moments, Lee creates visual landscapes that invite personal interpretation, where fragments of experience, emotion and memory come together.
Each work becomes a point of arrival: a space for contemplation, where the visible and the intangible meet, allowing viewers to discover their own connections and meanings.
