We’re thrilled to announce that Galería Isolina Arbulu will make its debut at VOLTA Basel 2025, joining forces with Tamara Kreisler Gallery for a powerful joint exhibition. Featuring six visionary artists, the show explores themes of memory, identity, and our evolving connection to nature and society through ceramics, textiles, oil painting, and industrial materials.
Rodrigo Zamora captures the fleeting essence of recollection in his watercolors, while Javier de Juan reinterprets mythological narratives in dialogue with contemporary issues. Marie Isabelle Poirier-Troyano, a 2025 Loewe Foundation Craft Prize finalist, blends traditional textile techniques with modern aesthetics to explore personal transformation.
From Tamara Kreisler Gallery, Gerard Fernández Rico reshapes industrial materials into bold sculptural forms, María Luisa de Mendoza evokes the metaphysical in urban landscapes, and Andrés Anza—winner of the 2024 Loewe Foundation Craft Prize—immerses viewers in ceramic ecosystems that blur natural and abstract forms.
VOLTA returns to its founding city of Basel this June to celebrate 20 years of championing cutting-edge creativity and serving as a trusted platform within the emerging contemporary art market. Taking place just steps from Art Basel at a new venue near Messeplatz, the fair will host over 70 galleries from 28 countries and feature focused solo presentations, a Middle East North Africa Pavilion, and a spotlight on Swiss galleries. A true meeting point for collectors and curators in search of fresh narratives, VOLTA invites you to engage with artists and gallerists shaping the future of contemporary art.
We’re honored to be part of this landmark edition and look forward to welcoming you in Basel.
