Biography
Elena Núñez Mallén's artistic career stands as a testament to her dedication and passion for art, marking a path of growth and exploration in the contemporary creative landscape.

Graduated in Fine Arts from the University of Seville between 2016 and 2020, the artist laid the foundations of her training in the heart of one of the most culturally rich cities in Spain. Later, between 2021 and 2022, she broadened her academic horizons by studying for a Master's Degree in Painting at the University of the Basque Country, immersing herself in an environment that enriched her artistic perspective.

Her work has found resonance in numerous group exhibitions, highlighting her participation in events such as "72h" at the Zunino Gallery in Seville in 2019, and "MAJAJIM AEKE JABCINJ" at the Fundación Vital Exhibition Centre in Vitoria in 2022. Her presence in venues such as the Hospital Real in Granada and the Sala de Exposiciones de las Juntas Generales de Vizcaya underlines the diversity of her work and its ability to dialogue with different contexts and audiences.

Solo exhibitions have also been a platform for Nuñez's unique expression. "Intestino, Nudo y Desenlace" at Espacio Laraña in Seville in 2023 evidenced his ability to delve into emotional depth through his art, taking the viewer on an introspective journey through his creations.

Her work has been recognised and appreciated in the academic and artistic spheres, with her work forming part of prominent collections such as the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Seville, the Headquarters of the General Assembly of Biscay and the Headquarters of the International University of Andalusia in Seville. She has also been awarded the Grant for Collaboration with the Drawing Department of the University of Seville in 2020, as well as the X Painting Prize of the International University of Andalusia and the XVI Paul Ricard Art Club Painting Prize in 2023, consolidating her position as a promising figure on the contemporary art scene.
